Q. What is the shipping cost?
A. There is currently no shipping for orders being shipped in the U.S. I do, however, have to charge $8.00 shipping for international purchases.
PLEASE NOTE: For anything purchased on ETSY we have figured the shipping cost into the listings so the prices are similar to my website!
Q. What if I want to purchase multiple items, some of which are only listed on ETSY and some only on Hayleigh's website?
A. No problem! Before you actually submit any order, send me an email (cherishedcharms@gmail.com) and let me know all the items you're interested in ordering. I can then set up a reserved listing on ETSY just for you containing all the items you want.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes, I do ship internationally. I just ask that when you put your items in your shipping cart that you just click on the page called International Shipping and add the paypal $8.00 shipping charge to your order.
Q. How long do the orders take to arrive?
A. I usually send the orders within 24-48 business hours. If you are a new customer, I send a personal email to you just to be sure how you want to receive your order (clip-ons, pierced earrings, charms, CI charms, etc). Please be sure to check the email that you use when ordering through paypal for a note from me. As soon as I hear back from you, I can finish your order and send it out.
I mail all orders first class shipping. I am often surprised at how quickly they get to the US customers (3-5 days). Internationally it varies and if it is close to a holiday the mail is sometimes a little slower.
Q. What if I need my order right away? Can you priority mail the order?
A. Yes, I can ship your order priority mail for you. I do need to charge a little extra shipping in that case but I can help you get that special gift sent right out! Please email me for more info.
Q. What if I have only 1 hearing aid?
A. I am happy to help with all orders! There are two options for you:
#1 I can make a charm for 1 hearing aid and the other as a clip-on or a pierced earring or
#2 you can email me the charms you are interested in and I can check to see if it is a set that I can easily split up for you. Please note that I can't always split sets up.
Q. How do I let you know that I have a cochlear implant and need the charms made for an implant with no hearing aid mold?
A. I email all of my customers when I receive orders and ask how you would like to receive your charms. It helps when people check out with paypal if you add a note to the seller to let me know how you would like your charms. I am able to help you faster that way.
Please note that if you have a cochlear implant with a hearing aid mold, you can order the charms just as they are -they work perfectly. If you have a CI with no ear mold, then I have to make some adjustments to the charms and they will work GREAT for you!
Q. I would like to send the charms to someone as a gift - can I have them sent to that person instead of to me?
A. Yes! When you check out with paypal, it will ask you if the buyer address is the same as the shipping address. You can change the shipping address there. If you forget, no worries, please just send me a quick email at cherishedcharms@gmail.com and I will be sure to send it to the address that you request.
Q. Do the tube twists work on the hearing aid molds that have a thin wire not a tube?
A. Yes! I have a tester pair of hearing aids with a thin wire and my little sister put the new tube twists on them and ran around and jumped up and down and they did not fall off. So please have fun with all of the color choices and designs!
Q. Do you make clip-on earrings or pierced earrings?
A. Yes, every charm can be made into pierced earrings or clip-ons. Please be sure to send me a note at paypal check-out and be sure to check your emails, I will write to you!
Q. Do you only accept paypal?
A. No, when you check-out, paypal will ask you if you would like to use your paypal account or withdraw money from your bank. So, you do not have to have a paypal account - you can directly withdraw money from your bank account.
Q. Can you make special requests?
A. Yes, yes, yes! I love working on your special requests. Happy customers are the BEST!
